Meet the Team
After a much-travelled media career that included being a photographer, writer, magazine editor and ultimately involved in launching a rugby magazine in Sydney, Australia, Graham returned to the UK in 2002 to launch his own media and marketing company specialising in sport. Working with major brands such as Gillette, Pringles, Duracell and Carlsberg Tetley, the business developed into a highly successful agency before merging with a supplier of event services to create EIB Group. Following the sale of EIB in 2014, Graham retained the sponsorship and branding division of the business and joined Evolve.
Tony has over 25 years’ experience working at Director level roles within FMCG and sport. Tony spent over 18 years at Gillette where he held senior director level roles and played a key role in the development of the Gillette sports strategy. On leaving Gillette Tony took on the role of CEO of St Helens RFC and helped the club in the development and move to the new stadium. Tony is also a main board Director of Rhino Rugby and a founder Director of Oxford Rugby League.
Paul is the ex GB and St Helens captain who has won every honour in the game. He is still the only man to win consecutive Man of Steel awards. Paul was awarded the MBE in 2012 in recognition for both his contributions to Sport and Charity.
Senior Brand Manager
Zipora graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science. At University, Zipora played for the Women’s Basketball 1st team and coached sport at a secondary school. Next, Zipora did a one-year marketing internship at Health and Life Sciences department at the University before joining Evolve in July 2014.
Design & Production Manager
Matt has worked for one of Europe’s largest printers, gaining 6 years experience working in graphic design and print production. After graduating from BPIF London with a diploma in Digital Pre-Press for Print, Matt joined Evolve in March 2017 and is responsible for design and production.
Mitchell runs our warehouse and controls the logistics side of business, ensuring the right resources are in place to get to the job delivered efficiently and on time.
Finance & Operations Manager
Nikki joined Evolve in May 2014 bringing with her 27 years’ experience in PR, Advertising, Marketing and Project/Account Management mainly within the healthcare industry. As well as dealing with all aspects of the day to day running of business Nikki manages the logistics of our projects and is point of contact for our customers.
Working alongside our senior management team we have production staff, event planners, fitters, joiners, drivers – plus an army of freelance event crew ready to deliver your event solution.
